Speed Limits   55mph maximum for highway when back is down         (no passengers allowed on trailer)   25mph maximum - staging to/from parade (short distance)         (all passengers must be over 18 ys old)   10mph maximum during parade         (under 18ys old passengers must be accompanied by adult)                                     Safety Fire extinguisher and First Aid kit mounted on front deck box.   1. Do not permit anyone to get between the towing vehicle and the trailer.   2. Do not permit anyone to throw items from trailer to spectators.   3. Do not permit anyone to ride on steps.   4. Carry extra water for walkers.
